You leave me SPEECHLESS

Another one...

Now i finally understand why mummy do not really want me to go out to work..
But, she prefer me to work with her..
Today, I met with some situations where I do not how to react..
I do not know whether should I tell her or not..
I do not want her to be worry me or maybe look down on me lar..
I am considered an egoistic person i guess..
I really feel sad and disappointed with myself in not able to handle and manage my emotions..

I should be old enough to handle these situations but, I do not know how..
Being bullied by some older people in work, I really do not know how to react lar..
I cannot be like shouting at her, scolding her right?
These form of emotions shouldn't be shown on a grown up adult like me..

But, when I'm typing this, I can feel my tears around my eyes..
How should I even react to these situations, can someone just tell me..
I am trained by my boss to follow procedures and do not let people go against them..
But, I am really caught in the middle..
Should I allow them to go against them? If I allow, then i'll get it seriously by my boss..
But, if I do not, they will be like hating me..
What should I do?
