Butter "Cookie" Recipe
Ingredients...
125g of softened butter
½ cup of caster sugar
1 egg
2 cups of flour
Methods...
1. Beat butter with electric mixer. Add sugar and mix until fluffy.
2. Add egg, mix.
3. Sift flour, combine with mixer, then make into a ball with your fingers.
4. Throw into fridge for 10 minutes while you clean up.
5. Roll flat to 1cm or less.
6. Cut biscuits, line up on baking paper. 7. Into 190C oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden colour.
8. Cool on a wire rack.
